With the exception of Chelsea QPR have a strong case to be called the richest club in London. Partly owned by Flavio Briatore, Bernie Eccleston and Lakshmi Mittal  the club’s finances are now extremely healthy. Due to the pull of these high profile owners celebrities such as Naomi Campbell have been spotted in the ground – usually in the modernised hospitality areas. The fans have also seen a raft of new sponsors including Gulf Air as the shirt sponsors, whilst in the stadium, sponsors such as Abbey (part of the Santander group) and Lotto take centre stage.
